At PrettyWrapsCo, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Once returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used wrapping paper rolls, custom items, and sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at coprettywraps@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
