Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Items must be in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used wrapping paper

Clearance or sale items

Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be packed or in transit.
