All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Free shipping promotions may apply during special events or order minimums.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. PrettyWrapsCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Address Errors
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for corrections. We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be resent at the customer’s expense.
